If your appliance is too cold or not cold enough, the temperature sensor may be shorted out and need replacement. Note that your appliance has two temperature sensors (also called thermistors) – one in the fresh food compartment and one in the freezer. Installing this part will require basic tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience.
