Compressor Start Relay Overload Kit

The SxS Refrigerator Start Device Relay with Overload is mounted to the side of the compressor on the back of the refrigerator and causes the compressor to start when refrigeration is needed. If your refrigerator is not cold, or you hear humming or clicking noises coming from the back of the appliance, the start device relay may need to be replaced. Note that this item has been redesigned by the manufacturer and may differ from the existing part. Replacing this part may require specialized tools and will involve complicated disassembly of the appliance. Previous repair experience will be needed. Please remember to unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
