Thermal Cut-Off and High Limit Thermostat Kit

This Dryer High Limit Thermostat and Fuse Kit regulates the temperature of the dryer stopping it from overheating. If your dryer does not heat as expected, replacing this part alleviate the issue. The part is located behind the front access panel of the dryer. When replacing, make note of the the position of the colored wires when disconnecting. Both the thermostat and fuse can be tested to determine if either is defective before you begin the repair. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
