Front Glide Kit

The Front Load Dryer Tumbler Bearing Kit is in the front of the dryer and the dryer drum rides along it. The Bearing Kit helps the drum rotate smoothly and quietly. If your drum is making uncommon noise during operation, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. This kit includes the bearing, a cork pad, glide, and two rivets. Note that dryers use two of these bearings in the front and both should be replaced at the same time. You'll remove the door and the front panel of your dryer to install this part. Installation of this part requires the use of a rivet gun. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
