Suspension Rod

The Top Load Washer Suspension Rod Kit supports the washer tub and helps it spin evenly during the cleaning cycle. This kit includes (4) suspension rods, (4) bushings, (4) suspension balls and installation instructions. Replacing these parts will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washing machine or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off your hot and cold water supplies. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Washing Machine Cleaner* (item W10501250) once a month to help reduce odor-causing residue that can build up in your washing machine's drain without proper care. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
