Water Level Control Switch

This Top Load Washer Water Level Switch is located inside the appliance and controls the level of water that enters the tub during the washing cycle. If your washer is over- or under-filling the wash tub during use, then there could be an issue with the water level switch. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washing machine or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Helpful Tip: During this repair, check the tube from the side of the tub that attaches to the switch to ensure there aren’t any leaks or clogs that could cause filling issues.
