Door Gasket

The SxS Refrigerator Door Gasket, White, is a new rubber door seal for the freezer section of your appliance. If the freezer door doesn’t close properly or you can feel cold air escaping the appliance, replacing the rubber gasket may alleviate these issues. Note that door seal gaskets may also compress over time, causing the refrigerator to work harder to maintain a constant, cool temperature. Frost may accumulate inside the appliance as a result of this issue. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. Note that the gasket may arrive with some dents and creases, laying the part in the sun or soaking it in warm water will help to soften the rubber.
