Go to StoreThe Ice Maker Water Inlet Valve supplies water to the ice maker to fill the water reservoir. If water is not being supplied and the ice maker is not producing ice, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. The package includes a new water valve with a 5/16" blue inlet port and white tubing. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools and some disassembly of the ice maker. Previous repair experience will be helpful but is not necessary. You must unplug the ice maker or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the water supply.
