Lower Dishrack Assembly

The Dishwasher Lower Dishrack sits in the lower section of your dishwasher and holds your dishes. This rack is a replacement for several different styles and colors. Although this rack is gray, it may vary in shade of existing rack or may be a different color all together. This rack does not include the dishrack rollers, you'll need to transfer the old rollers over. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part. You should also shut off the dishwasher's water supply underneath the sink before replacing this part. Recommended Item: Lower Roller Assembly (item WPW10082868) may also need to be replaced when installing this part. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Dishwasher Cleaner (item W10282479) to help remove limescale and mineral build-up that can be unsightly and affect your dishwasher’s performance. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
