Suspension Rod Kit

The Top Load Washer Suspension Rod Kit supports the washer tub and helps it spin evenly during the cleaning cycle. This kit includes (4) suspension rods, (4) bushings, (4) suspension balls and installation instructions. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the hot and cold water supplies. We also recommend using affresh® Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets* (item W10135699) once a month to help reduce odor-causing residue that can build up in your washing machine's drain without proper care. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
