Motor Pulley

The Dryer Motor Pulley rotates to turn the dryer’s drum belt, which spins the drum during the drying cycle. If your dryer makes a persistent squealing sound during operation, the drum rotates intermittently but clunks or the drum does not rotate at all, you may be able to alleviate these issues by replacing this part. Installing the motor pulley will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the gas valve if applicable.
