If your refrigerator is no longer dispensing water or making a clicking sound when dispensing water, replacing the control board may alleviate these issues. When replacing, note the orientation of the wires connected to the board before disconnecting them. This will make it easier to connect the wires to the appropriate terminals on the new control board. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
