Water Inlet Valve

This Ice Machine Water Inlet Valve supplies water to the ice maker to fill the water reservoir inside your appliance. If the ice maker is not producing ice, replacing this part may alleviate this issue. This assembly also includes the water regulator. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the ice machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the ice maker or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the ice machine's water supply. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Ice Machine Cleaner (item W111793029) once a month to help reduce residue that can build up in your ice machine without proper care. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
