Hose Assembly

The Top Load Washer Tub to Pump Hose stretches from the lower tub into the drain pump and helps remove waste water from the appliance during operation. If you notice water leaking on the floor during the washing cycle, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. This black plastic part measures approx. 12" L. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the hot and cold water supplies. Note that you'll need to access the bottom of the appliance to replace this part. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Washing Machine Cleaner* (item W10501250) once a month to help reduce odor-causing residue that can build up in your washing machine's drain without proper care. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
