Damper Control Assembly

This SxS Refrigerator Air Diffuser Assembly channels and controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment.The Air Diffuser is located in the wall between the freezer and the refrigerator. If your refrigerator is not keeping the correct temperature, this part may need to be replaced. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the refrigerator’s water supply. Safely store any food that could deteriorate while the power is off.
