Evaporator Fan Motor

The SxS Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor circulates the cold air from the freezer into the fresh food compartment of the refrigerator for sufficient cooling. This part features an incorporated wire harness. If you hear a lot of noise in the freezer area of your appliance, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the refrigerator's water supply before you begin. Helpful Tip: Don’t forget to transfer the two rubber grommets over from the old motor to the new for mounting.
