Push To Start Switch

The Dryer Start Switch is a 2-terminal push-to-start switch that initiates the drying cycle. If the current start switch of your appliance is no longer functioning properly, the dryer will not start. To determine if the original part is defective before you begin the repair, use a multimeter to test for continuity. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
