Drain Pump

This Front Load Washer Drain Pump removes waste water from your washer during the drain portion of the wash cycle. If your washer doesn’t drain properly, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Please note that you must re-use the original mounting bracket from the old pump. Includes pump, grommets, and instructions. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the hot and cold water supplies. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets* (item W10135699) once a month to help reduce odor-causing residue that can build up in your washing machine's drain without proper care. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
