Glide Bracket

This Dryer Drum Glide Bracket attaches to the front panel and provides an area to attach the drum glide bearing pad. To access the part, you'll lift the top of the dryer and remove the front panel of the dryer. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this item. Recommended Item: Dryer drum glide pad (item # WP37001298). Drum glides help to support the front of the dryer drum as it rotates. If the drum glides are worn out, the dryer will be noisy. Because the glides wear out at the same time, you should replace all of the glides together.
