Run Capacitor

This SxS Refrigerator Run Capacitor briefly increases the voltage to the motor to help the motor start. If your refrigerator motor won't start or clicks, this part may need to be replaced. To access the part, remove the bottom back panel of the refrigerator with a 1/4-inch nut driver. Replacing the capacitor will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
