Ice Dispenser Door Flap

The SxS Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Chute Door opens to allow ice to pass through the dispenser and closes to prevent ice from dropping out of the refrigerator onto the floor. If your appliance’s current chute door isn’t opening and closing properly, you can easily replace the defective part with this item. Note that this part no longer uses a ribbon heater due to an improved foam design. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
