Butterfly Handle Mount

The Refrigerator Door Handle Clip is part of the door handles locking mechanism, if your door handle is loose, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. To replace the clip, slide the handle release card (see recommended item below) into the gap behind the right side of your freezer drawer handle until it stops. Hold the handle with both hands and firmly push it to the left to release it from the door. You can then remove the screw that holds in the old handle clip. Recommended Item: Handle Release Card (item 67003876) makes it easy to remove your refrigerator door handle. Replacing the clip will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
