Drum Drive Belt

The Dryer Drive Belt wraps around the motor and pulley. If your dryer's drum isn't tumbling as expected, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. To access the part, open the dryer door and take a putty knife around the edge of the top of your dryer and find the release clips on each side – press these in to release the top of the dryer so you can swing it open. You'll need to remove the dryer drum from the dryer cabinet to install this part. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
