This Washer Drain Hose U-Bend Bracket guides the drain hose into the standpipe, and prevents the hose from kinking or siphoning. If your appliance’s current drain hose bracket is damaged or missing, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Installing the part will not require hand tools, disassembly of the washing machine or repair experience. You must unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installation. Also be sure to shut off the hot and cold water supplies and remove the existing hose from the appliance.
