Infinite Switch

The Electric Range Surface Burner Control Switch is a replacement part that operates the surface element, turning it off and on and regulating the heat intensity. This surface burner control switch (also called the infinite switch) has a figure eight shaped shaft. If your element remains at high heat or doesn’t turn on at all, the surface element switch may be damaged and need replacement. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the range and novice repair experience.
