Float Switch

The Dishwasher Water Level Switch shuts the water fill valve off if the water level gets too high before the timed fill cycle ends. To access the part, remove the retainers with a flat head screwdriver and remove the bottom access panel. The Water Level Switch is located on the right hand side of your dishwasher. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
