Thermostat

The Dishwasher High Limit Thermostat is a safety device located at the bottom of the dishwasher and monitors the temperature of the water. The only difference between the high limit thermostat and the operating thermostat is their opening and closing temperatures. If your dishwasher won’t heat, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
