Heater with Thermostat

The Electric Dryer Heating Element Assembly generates heat in the appliance during the drying cycle. This assembly includes the heating element, thermal fuse, heat shield, heater enclosure and ceramic insulators. If your dryer isn't heating properly or generates no heat at all, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
