Door Lock Latch

The Front Load Washer Door Latch Assembly indicates to the washer that the door is closed and can begin operation, and also latches and securely locks the door. If your front-load washer’s door doesn’t close properly, or if the appliance doesn’t initiate the wash cycle, the latch assembly could be damaged. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
