Bake Element

This Range Lower Bake Element is a replacement part that provides constant heat from the lower oven when cooking. If your oven does not bake properly, check to see if there is a burned-out section of the element and replace if needed. The bake element is held into the back of the oven with 2 screws. Make sure, when disconnecting the wires from the old bake element, not to let them fall back into the oven wall. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the oven and novice repair experience. You must unplug the oven or shut off the house circuit breaker for the oven before installing this part.
