Pump and Motor Assembly

This Dishwasher Pump and Motor Assembly pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. If water isn't pumping through the dishwasher's spray arms, replacing the pump and motor assembly may alleviate this issue. When removing the old motor, make sure to note where the various wires connect. Replacing this part will require advanced mechanical training. Specialized tools, complex testing and appliance calibration may be required. We recommend that you hire a qualified technician to safely install this part. Also be sure to turn off the water supply to your dishwasher before you begin. Also make sure you turn off the hot and cold water supplies. Recommended Items: Dishwasher Sump (item WPW10455268). Dishwasher pump sump with outer housing and diverter motor seals. *Diverter seal not available separately from this sump housing. Dishwasher Circulation Pump (item WPW10510667). The Circulation Pump moves water through the spray arms to clean the dishes.
