Bake Element

This Electric Oven Lower Bake Element is a replacement part for the lower heating element that provides constant heat when cooking. If your oven does not bake properly, check to see if there is a burned-out section of the existing part and replace if needed. Installing the element will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the oven and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the oven or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Be mindful not to let the wires connected to the current part fall back inside the oven when you disconnect them; retrieval of the wires will require additional steps during the installation process.
