If you see a break in the coil of your appliance’s heating element, you can replace the assembly with this part. This element is 240 volts. Installing this kit will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
