If you notice your dryer is taking too long to dry clothing, it is not tumbling, or is making any unusually loud noises, replacing this part may alleviate these issues.This part is housed on the bottom, inside of the appliance attached to the drive motor shaft, which disperses air through the drum and out of the exhaust vent. Includes the center clamp. Size is approximately 8" dia. x 3-3/8" wide. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Recommended Items: Snap Retaining Ring (item 905381) and Snap Retaining Pliers (item 3527612).
